5. Digital Products
All digital items are non-refundable.
Due to the instant access and downloadable nature of digital products, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once delivered.

Because our products are custom-made, print-on-demand, beauty, or digital items, we do not accept order cancellations for any reason.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Eligible issues may qualify for:

We do not offer refunds, but we will make reasonable efforts to correct verified errors.

11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
Permanent refusal of future service
Submission of evidence to the payment processor
