TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to ShopStuffs LLC. By accessing our website or purchasing any product or service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.
1. Eligibility
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion.
2. Products & Services
ShopStuffs LLC offers:
Handcrafted, handmade, and made-to-order products
Wedding stationery
Custom invitation design services
Digital downloads and Canva templates
Print-on-demand products
Handmade beauty and self-care products, including soaps, bath products, and fragrance products
Stickers, paper goods, and personalized gifts
Because many of our products are handcrafted, handmade, personalized, and made to order, slight variations are normal and are not considered defects.
Variations may include, but are not limited to, color, texture, printing, cutting, scoring, folding, ribbon placement, embellishments, assembly, fragrance strength, appearance, and other characteristics unique to handmade or handcrafted products.
Printed colors may also vary due to monitor settings, printers, paper stocks, inks, and lighting conditions.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.
Payment is due in full at checkout unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify pricing, discontinue products, correct pricing errors, or cancel orders affected by pricing inaccuracies.
4. Custom Design Services
A non-refundable Design Consultation & Proposal Fee is required before custom invitation design begins.
The consultation includes:
Design consultation
Review of wedding details
Design research
Design recommendations
Creation of up to two (2) initial digital proofs
A personalized quote for production
The Design Consultation & Proposal Fee compensates ShopStuffs LLC for professional design services and is non-refundable regardless of whether an order is ultimately placed.
If the client chooses to proceed, full payment is required before materials are ordered, printing begins, or production starts.
We do not accept deposits or payment plans.
Additional concepts, redesigns, or revisions beyond those included may be subject to additional design fees.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
5. Proof Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing every proof before approving it.
Approval confirms that all information is accurate, including but not limited to:
Names
Dates
Times
Addresses
Phone numbers
Website URLs
Grammar
Spelling
QR codes
Quantities
Layout selections
Once a proof has been approved, ShopStuffs LLC is not responsible for customer-approved errors.
Reprints resulting from customer-approved errors will be treated as a new order and charged accordingly.
Production timelines begin only after both final proof approval and full payment have been received.
6. Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically.
No physical item will be shipped.
Some products include editable Canva templates.
Unless otherwise stated, a free Canva account is sufficient.
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are available once digital access has been provided.
ShopStuffs LLC is not affiliated with Canva and is not responsible for changes to Canva’s platform, pricing, features, or availability.
7. License & Permitted Use
Unless otherwise stated, digital products are licensed for personal use only.
You may:
Edit templates for your own personal event.
Print unlimited copies for your own event.
You may not:
Share Canva template links.
Transfer your license.
Resell or redistribute templates or digital files.
Claim our original designs as your own.
Create derivative products for resale.
Upload our designs to another marketplace or website.
Use our designs for commercial purposes without written permission.
Purchase grants a limited personal-use license only and does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
8. Intellectual Property
ShopStuffs LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in its original artwork, designs, layouts, branding, creative arrangements, product descriptions, photographs, logos, and other original content.
Some products may incorporate properly licensed third-party fonts, graphics, illustrations, or design elements. Those elements remain subject to their respective license terms and ownership.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, resale, or commercial use of ShopStuffs LLC’s original creative work is strictly prohibited.
9. Order Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Because many products are custom-made, handcrafted, handmade, personalized, printed to order, or delivered digitally:
All sales are final.
Orders may not be canceled once production has begun.
Digital products are non-refundable.
Personalized products are non-refundable.
Consultation fees are non-refundable.
If ShopStuffs LLC determines that an error occurred on our part, we will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or another appropriate remedy.
10. Shipping
Estimated shipping dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, supplier delays, postal disruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier marks the package as delivered.
11. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Verified issues may be resolved through replacement or another appropriate remedy at ShopStuffs LLC’s discretion.
12. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including personalization details, shipping addresses, and contact information.
ShopStuffs LLC is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShopStuffs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of our products or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product or service.
14. Force Majeure
ShopStuffs LLC shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, labor disputes, supplier shortages, carrier interruptions, government actions, internet outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.
15. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
16. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
Updated Terms become effective immediately upon posting to our website.
Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
