Order Cancellation Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Shop Name: ShopStuffs LLC

Because many of our products are handcrafted, handmade, personalized, custom-made, printed to order, or delivered digitally, orders cannot be canceled once processing, design work, material preparation, or production has begun.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their order details before completing checkout.

Please verify all information, including but not limited to:

• Shipping address

• Product selection

• Quantity

• Personalization details

• Names, dates, and event information

• Design selections

• Digital product selections

Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests may only be considered if submitted promptly after purchase and before production or processing begins.

Once any of the following has occurred, an order cannot be canceled:

• Materials have been purchased or prepared

• Custom design work has started

• Proofs have been created or sent

• Printing, cutting, assembly, or production has begun

• Digital access or files have been delivered

Due to the custom nature of our products, approved cancellation requests (if eligible) may be subject to applicable fees for work already completed, materials purchased, or services rendered.

CustomDesign Services

Design Consultation & Proposal Fees are non-refundable.

Once a customer approves a proof or production begins, the order cannot be canceled.

Digital Products

Due to the immediate delivery and nature of digital products, all digital product purchases are final.

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once digital access has been provided.
